Hi my name is Jeff, and I created this website,
because I was falsely accused of sexually abusing my daughter. Her
mother made these accusations in a visitation dispute. My daughter is
seven years old and I have never had her overnight. She made these
allegations after I filed court papers for visitation. This is a
growing problem for fathers in custody/visitation cases. In the pages
of this section, I plan on explaining my case in a step by step
chronological order. Here you can review social services and medical
reports of this case and draw your own conclusions. I also will
explain why false abuse allegations are a crime that should have
penalties that are the equivalent of rape charges. I will also
explore the psychological impact false accusations have on the
accused. Included will be links to specific articles about false allegations.
This section is devoted to telling the truth
about domestic violence. How laws and restraining orders violate your
constitutional rights and how they can be taken out with little or no
proof. The truth will be told about child abuse. So when you see your
local abuse prevention advocate saying how we must protect women and children
ask yourself why they use
children to further their political agenda. This along with children
used as pawns in visitation disputes, false allegations of abuse and
the enlistment of community for support, clearly stack the deck
against men. Included will be links to other articles about this
issue and false allegations.
If you are a man or a woman who has begun the
arduous voyage of emancipation from gender-based social and cultural
oppression, you will have noticed this doctrine; that violence is the
purview of men and, by extension, that (only) men are evil. The
demonization of men is a central tenet of modern, mainstream feminist
ideology and rhetoric. Perhaps above all, the denial of women?s
aggression profoundly undermines our attempt as a culture to
understand violence, to trace its causes and to quell them.? The
effects of this assertion are enormously damaging, not only to men,
but also to children, the family, and society at large. Also other
relevant articles of interest .
In my fathers/mens section will be issues
important to men in the workplace and home. How sexual harassment
polices have struck fear into many men. Also mens social conditioning
and why society looks at child support to be more important than
having fathers who are involved with their children. Learn about the
myth of the "deadbeat dad" and other important issues
concerning fathers and men and society.
